Mohamed Bjiaj



Mr. Mohamed Bjiaj holds a master's degree in environmental management and sustainable development, and obtained a Master of process engineering. He worked at the Centre for Studies & Research Phosphate Minerals (CERPHOS), responsible for studies and environmental projects. Currently, he is the head of Research and Development at Moroccan Center of Leather Technics (CMTC), he works on R & D projects with industry partners, he participates in chemical analyzes that ensure the safety of materials in contact with human skin.


Sara Gueddari



Ms. Sara Gueddari is graduated in biology and quality management. Since 2010 she works in CMTC as a quality manager and also she is responsible of communication services.


Moulay Youssef Zmirili



Mr. Moulay Youssef Zmirili combines an extensive academic background in leather technology, footwear, leather goods, textile technology and electronics.

Mr. Moulay Youssef ZMIRILI holds a Master's degree in leather technology, footwear, leather goods from ITECH Institute and CTC Leather Technical Center Lyon France.

Mr. Moulay began his academic career in the technical field. He was graduated in electronics in 1992 and he obtained an engineering Textile degree in 1996 from the Higher School of Textile at Epinal ESITH – France.

After extensive industrial experience Mr. Moulay joined in 2002 the quality and standardization Morocco’s Branch in the Ministry of Industry and trade as a responsible for the sitting up of the Industrials Technical Centers and since 2004 he is the Director of the Moroccan leather Technology Center - CMTC.
